CRMs were built for headquarters. We built one for the field.

EchoClose started with a simple observation from years of commission sales: the company CRM tracked the leads corporate handed down, while the real pipeline lived in reps' phones. The software was pointed the wrong way.

So we reversed it. In EchoClose, reps connect their own lead sources and work their own pipelines with tools built for how field sales actually happens: texting first, from a real number, with follow-up that runs while they drive. That activity flows up automatically, giving managers live visibility and giving the company a complete, marketable book for the first time.

We call it a bottom-up CRM. As far as we know, it is one of the only commercial ones, and it is the reason EchoClose works in industries most CRMs treat as an afterthought: insurance, solar, real estate, mortgage, and home services.

We also use it. This website runs on a production EchoClose account. When you book a meeting or request a text here, our own product captures you, texts you, and follows up with you. If it ever feels broken or pushy, that is signal we cannot ignore, which is exactly why we built it this way.

In commission sales, demand starts with the person doing the selling. Software that ignores that produces reports about a business that does not exist.

Records should write themselves

Data entry is where CRMs go to die. If the system sends the text, syncs the reply, and books the meeting, the record is a byproduct instead of a chore.

Speed beats polish

The rep who answers in one minute beats the rep with the better pitch who answers in four hours. Most of what EchoClose automates exists to win that minute.

Compliance is a feature, not fine print

Consent tracking, carrier registration, and opt-out handling are built into the product so that doing the right thing is the default, not a policy document.
