What happens after the 15-day trial?
You pick a plan or you walk away. The trial is the full product for one user, and we do not take a card up front, so there is nothing to cancel.
Do cheaper plans get a smaller feature set?
No. Every plan is the full product. You pay for seats, not features. Silver, Gold, and Diamond differ only in how many users they cover.
What is A2P registration and why do you keep mentioning it?
US carriers require businesses to register who they are and what they text about, or their messages get filtered. EchoClose files and maintains that registration for you. Without it, business texting quietly fails.
I sell alone today. What if I join a team later?
Start on your own plan and keep working your book. If your company adopts EchoClose, your account can be brought into their group so your history comes with you. Talk to us before switching and we will walk you through it.
Do I need new phone numbers or email addresses?
Texting uses a dedicated business number we provision and register for you. Email keeps using your own Gmail or Outlook address, connected securely, with replies synced into the CRM.
Is there a contract?
Plans are month to month. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you want.
