Privacy policy
This policy covers echoclose.app and the EchoClose service. It says what we collect, why, and what control you have over it. Last updated July 10, 2026.
Who we are
EchoClose provides customer relationship management software for sales teams. For information collected through this website or the EchoClose application, EchoClose is the data controller. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@echoclose.app.
What we collect on this website
If you use the demo or contact forms, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, and any message you include. When you submit a phone number with consent to receive texts, we also record the consent itself: the time, your IP address, and the page you consented on. We keep that record because carrier and telemarketing rules require us to be able to prove it.
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. If we enable Cloudflare Turnstile to filter bots, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for that sole purpose.
How we use what you give us
Details submitted through this site create a lead record in our own EchoClose account, and we use them to respond to you and follow up about EchoClose. That is the entire use. We do not sell personal information, rent lists, or share your details with third parties for their marketing.
Text messaging is handled through our telecommunications provider, and email through our email infrastructure, each acting as a processor on our behalf.
Text messaging and opt-out
We only text numbers whose owners agreed to receive texts, and every consent is recorded. Reply STOP to any message to end texting immediately; the opt-out is enforced automatically across our systems. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with the conversation.
Data in the EchoClose service
Customers who use EchoClose to manage their own leads store those records in their account. For that data, our customer is the controller and EchoClose is the processor: we store and process it to provide the service, on the customer's instructions, and not for our own purposes. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people in their account.
Retention and deletion
Lead records created from this website are kept while a conversation is live or reasonably could be, and deleted on request. Consent and opt-out records are retained longer where the law requires proof. To have your details corrected or deleted, email support@echoclose.app from the address in question, or include the phone number you submitted, and we will confirm when it is done.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to personnel who need it, and production systems are isolated from this website. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your contact details with the same controls we sell to our customers for theirs.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
