Terms of service
These terms govern the EchoClose website and the EchoClose service. Creating an account means agreeing to them. Last updated July 10, 2026.
The service
EchoClose is subscription software for managing sales leads, conversations, and pipelines. Your subscription gives your account's users access to the features of your plan for as long as the subscription is active and these terms are honored.
Accounts and plans
Plans are billed monthly and sized by number of users. Trials are free for the stated period and require no payment method. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Your data
The leads, conversations, and records in your account are yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in and for having the right to contact the people whose details you store.
Messaging rules
EchoClose sends real text messages and email on your behalf, which makes you a sender under laws like the TCPA and CAN-SPAM and under carrier policies. You agree to message only people who have consented, to honor opt-outs, and to represent your business truthfully in carrier registration. We may suspend messaging that generates carrier complaints, spam reports, or evidence of messaging without consent, because one abusive sender can damage deliverability for every customer.
Acceptable use
Do not use EchoClose to break the law, to send deceptive or harassing messages, to store data you have no right to hold, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access outside your organization. We may suspend accounts that do, with notice where practical.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and fast, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features evolve; if we retire something material to your use, we will give reasonable notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, EchoClose's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
